Cancellation/No show policy. We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.
Please understand that when you do not show up to your appointment or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. Our skilled staff have reserved time especially for your requested care.
Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, will not receive a charge. Our time is just as valuable as yours, we understand that emergency situations happen and we take that into account, which is why we appreciate your communication with us.
For your convenience, 48 hour reminder text & email will be sent and a confirmation call will be given to you 72 hours prior to your service. We kindly request that you confirm your appointment when receiving the reminders.
Credit Card Policy: We ask all new and established clients to provide us with a valid credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic system that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure.
Late Arrival Policy; Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled sessions. If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time (for an hour or longer appointment), we may ask you to reschedule your appointment, given that your service provider may not have enough time to provide that service. For appointments less than one hour, we only allow a 5 minute grace period in order to have enough time to fully treat you. Thank you for understanding.
